The Old French Mirror Company is situated in the beautiful Thames Valley near the picturesque riverside town of Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire.

Bridget de Breanski, seen here, has the exciting task of running The Old French Mirror Company. 

 The Old French Mirror Company sells beautiful, genuinely old 19th century antique (1800 - 1900) French mirrors, ranging in size from very small to pretty large!!

Our mirror collection reflects the style of the French houses they have come from; the mirrors are tall, well-proportioned, graceful and gorgeous.

They are gilded, parcel-gilt (partly gilded, partly painted) or painted.  The painted mirrors are in mellow creams, off-whites and blues; all artfully distressed by one of our dealers in France.  This reflects the neutral colours currently found in our homes today.

Each and every mirror has seen life, showing distinct signs of the passing years, adding to their beauty and suggesting the mysteries of times past.

All our mirrors come from France.  We make regular visits to the various regions throughout the year as well as having French dealers coming to us consequently, our stock is always fresh and exciting.
